Farewell to Lucy and welcome to Marianne

Last week Wilson Wraight said goodbye to Lucy Wade, our fourth placement student from Harper Adams and welcomed Marianne Willemsen who will be joining us for a year.

Lucy was a valued member of the WW team and got immersed in a wide range of projects and areas of the business. We would like to thank Lucy for her contribution this year and wish her the best of luck for her final year back at Harper Adams. We are hoping Lucy will be back permanently after completing her studies in Autumn 2020.

Marianne is following in her predecessors’ footsteps joining us after completing the first two years of studying BSc (Hons) Agri-business. Marianne already has strong Suffolk roots growing up on the family farm just outside Hawkedon. We are delighted to have her on board and hope she has an enjoyable and educational year.

Wilson Wraight recognises that current students are the next generation of the sector and it is so important to invest in the future of the industry by providing opportunity for experiential learning. We would fully recommend placement students to our clients as the value to the individual and the business is immeasurable.

We would like to commend Harper Adams on producing such high calibre, well rounded students. Wilson Wraight hopes to continue our strong relationship with HAU and continue supporting the scholarship placement scheme for years to come.
