Jonathan Squire
Architectural and Planning Technician
Jonathan combines expertise in both design and planning, bringing creativity and a keen eye for detail to help clients maximise the value of the consultancy’s services. With experience spanning masterplanning, farmstead layouts and development appraisals, he takes a design-led approach that responds to both site opportunities and planning requirements.
Using his strong working knowledge of CAD software and planning regulations, Jonathan produces high-quality 3D visualisations and detailed technical drawings aligned with current Building Regulations. He works closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams to coordinate technical inputs throughout the planning process, ensuring proposals are robust, deliverable and well-presented.
Jonathan continues to support projects post-permission, maintaining continuity through to delivery
Qualifications:
RIBA and RTPI accredited.
Degree in Architecture and Planning.
