New members join the team

Happy New Year to all…2020 has commenced with two new members joining the Wilson Wraight team.

Rebecca Lewis joins us as Chief Operating Officer, a key role in the continuing success of Wilson Wraight. Rebecca will take on responsibility for all core business functions, looking for continuous improvements, opportunities to drive new business, whilst helping to build, develop and support all the team at Wilson Wraight.

Roger Wraight, Senior Partner, stated, “Rebecca brings to the team leadership, organisational skills, and a proven track record in establishing and improving business cultures and operations. She has the knowledge and experience required to support Wilson Wraight as the business continues to grow and develop and we are excited to have her on board”.

Rebecca brings with her 20 years of leadership experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry, where she has worked in a variety of roles ranging from project management to market research, most recently employed as Head of Operations for a Global agri-technology company.

Charlie Lockhart joins Wilson Wraight as a consultant. Charlie commenced his career in agriculture having graduated from Harper Adams University with a BSc (Honours) in Agriculture with Crop Management in 2011. Prior to joining the team Charlie honed his practical skills as an assistant manager at a large scale arable and vegetable business on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. 

Will Mitcham, Partner, commented “UK agriculture faces challenging times ahead and Charlie is a welcome addition to our consultancy team.  We will look to harness his practical knowledge and management experiences of a variety of farming systems to deliver expert advice to our clients”.
