Rosie is already a familiar face to our team. After completing her placement year with us, she’s back following her graduation in 2025. Growing up in a farming family, Rosie has developed a passion for helping farm businesses build resilience and improve performance. She takes a holistic, whole-farm approach, bringing environmental objectives together with financial and business goals to support strong, resilient systems.
Away from work, Rosie loves being outdoors—helping with her family’s small herd of Belted Galloways, heading out into the countryside with her dogs, and cooking for friends and family.
Qualifications:
First Class Honours BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Farm Business Management. Harper Adams.
