The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk have a “Call for Sites” consultation opening on 2 February 2026 and closing on 31 March 2026 which will inform the preparation of their new Local Plan.

They are inviting landowners, developers, community stakeholders, and other interested parties to submit sites for consideration for future development to meet the current and future needs of the borough.

These sites can be put forward for a wide variety of uses, including housing, commercial, community facilities, green infrastructure, and many more.
