Rosie Thornton
Student Consultant
Rosie is one of our Harper Adams placement students and is with us until the summer of 2024. She grew up on an intensive arable farm in Norfolk, which in recent years has converted to a more extensive system, placing much of their land in a mid-tier stewardship scheme and starting their own herd of Belted Galloway cattle.
She enjoys working on reports and budgets and helping farmers with new schemes like SFI.
When she’s not studying for her BSc or working with us, Rosie enjoys helping on the family farm, shooting, and skiing in the winter.
Qualifications:
She is in her third year of a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Farm Business Management
