LIVE CONSULTATION – North Norfolk District Council – Call for Sites

LIVE CONSULTATION – North Norfolk District Council – Call for Sites

The North Norfolk Local Plan (2024–2040) is set for an early review, with the first public consultation (Call for Sites) running until 13th July. With the Local Plan review process now underway, it is essential to begin early discussions, assess site suitability, and prepare robust promotion strategies to maximise your site’s potential.

Sites must be capable of accommodating at least 5 dwellings or represent a minimum site area of 0.25 hectares, and each site should be submitted individually.

It is important to emphasise that submission does not guarantee allocation, but early engagement and well-prepared site promotion significantly improves the likelihood of success as the Council assesses the most sustainable locations for future growth.

If you would like professional support in identifying, preparing and promoting a site through this process, please get in touch with our Planning Consultancy Team to discuss on advice@waypointplanning.co.uk or 01284 700727.

It’s your future, your land, your North Norfolk.

We look forward to hearing from you!
