Fenland District Council are working on the emerging Fenland 50 Local Plan and are inviting interested parties to submit their sites for consideration. The Call for Sites and Local Green Space designation consultation runs until Thursday 30 April 2026.

The Call for Sites is part of the process of the emerging Local Plan and sets out the Authorities allocated sites, designated for future residential, employment, commercial, community and/or infrastructure use, including designations as local green space.

As part of the consultation, potential sites which are located within Fenland District Council will be considered. Please note, that sites of all sizes can be considered, including those less than 1 hectare.
