Greater Norwich Authorities are reviewing the Greater Norwich Local Plan and are inviting interested parties to submit their sites for consideration. The Call for Sites consultation runs until Monday 23 March 2026.

The Call for Sites is part of the process of the Greater Norwich Local Plan Review, which sets out the Authorities allocated sites, designated for future residential, employment, and other development.

As part of the consultation, potential sites which are located within Broadland District Council, Norwich City Council, and South Norfolk Council will be considered. Please note, that only sites above 0.5 hectares or suitable for more than 10 dwellings, will be considered as part of the Call for Sites.
